hey guys i just bought these seats off ebay, and now i find out this guy doesnt include the brackets to mount these things, anyone know wher i can get em? and also, what kind of seat belts am i going to have to use?
thanks
It looks like they are set up for a four point harness... or just a regular seat belt... depending on the bottom of them.... I'd find out how much they are actually like the real seat... if they are the same.. I'm sure ACS sells them... look around.. .try and find a seat that has the same mount as yours...
why would u put those in your bmw.. i know they are acs... but still its not like your getting throw into your seat.. and plus, u go from leather to cloth... thats dissapointing... not my car.. soo good luck with whatever you end up doing!

I agree with cruzin, not only are you going from leather to cloth but you are also giving up the power seats option! Which I happen to like a lot.
some like form, some like function, then some like both...
and some like to loose weight and not slide into the side of their door in a hard corner and have to fight to do that too...
i dont have power seats. and thanks for the input, the guy hasnt emailed me where i can get the harness so i might take my business to a real e36 site and pay a little more for peace of mind...

Lol, oh...well then I guess that wouldn't be a problem for you! . I thought the is models came with power seats standard...atleast on the driver's side.
if I didn't have the heated sport seats, I would put a set of aftermarket seats in too. I don't what hte big deal with leather is though. It's too damn hot in the summer, and too damn cold in the winter. I'd take cloth over leather anyday.

Before you spend your money!!!
You can also check this site if you wanted to upgrade your current faded/worn out leather or your cloth seats with new Sport Leather (that is the leather with the tiny pinholes on the surface found on 2005 Mercedes S55 and 760il Beemers) .
