AC Blower speed is always LOW

My 323i AC blower motor will not progress up to a high volumn of air. Works but at low speed. The AC module was replaced 2 years ago. Ideas on fix?

Did it make any noise at all before quitting at the higher speeds? Typically what fails when this happens is called the Final Stage Blower Motor (or final stage something blower or other). It will work fine at low speeds but either make a lot of noise, not go to higher speeds or not work at all at higher speeds.

I called Bavarian Sport and they suggested the blower resistance switch in the plenum of the AC on drivers side under dash. I replaced it and it fixed the problem. Seems this switch is notorious for over heating and failing completely or failing on low speed. Fix is about $100 and 30 minutes/ hal
