<span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>I have a 1995 325is and had it since it was new. Had no problems with it except now the abs and traction control idiot lights are now on all the time. Has anyone experienced this type of problem and does it have to be brought to a dealer.

Could be a loose connector..I'd take it to the dealer and have them check on it..

too many possibilities. Take it to the dealer and have them pull the fault codes. Then decide if you want to tackle the replacement yourself.

could be the sensors or voltage regulator

Did you ever find out what was wrong? I also have a 1995 325is and the abs and traction control lights are on.

The only real possibilities for this would be either the wheel speed sensors, or the relay for your ABS. It would most likely be the wheel speed sensor. You should bring it to your local dealer, have them diagnose to figure out which sensor it is. There are sensors on every wheels brake assembly, only one should go bad at a time. Once they tell you which one is bad, walk out and call Autozone or some other local car parts store. BMW wants $90 a piece, whereas the other stores only want about $30. It is a very easy install. All you have to do is unplug your old one and then plug in the new one.

not true, there are many possibilities there. The best thing to do is have the fault codes checked (preferably by a dealer).
