Abs

does anyone know how to remove the front abs sensors? I`ve got an abs light on and think they may need cleaning. Any hints/diagrams are greatly appreciated.

I haven't removed one, but they are bolted to the back side of the hub. They shouldn't be too hard to remove. Just trace the wire from the inner wheel well down to the hub, (not the caliper), and that should be where your ABS sensor is located.

i managed to get the allen pin holding the sensor on but could not get the sensor off. Is there anything else holding it on??

It says in my manual to open the sensor box, take and unclip the electrical connector. Inside there is a fastener in the upper portion. Should just come out. I don't have a picture, sorry.
