about to buy a performance chip

About to buy this... any special instructions or anything?
It's used with about 5k miles on it, selling for $150, should i get it?

If it's legit sounds good. Get some pictures or see it and check to see that all the little prongs are on the chip. Mileage on the chip really doesn't matter. Good luck

Looks good, make sure it's an ECU chip, and not just one of those ones that's supposed to trick the intake into thinking the air coming in is colder or some crap.

It's your money, so it's your call. But it's a chance at a good deal sometimes you've got to take a gamble.
