Personally, if I had the money for the AA intake I'd probably get it mostly because it looks nice. But I don't. So if you want to save money, go on ebay and buy a cheap intake, and put a K&N filter on it and make up a heat sheild. The hp difference is marginal, if it's even noticable at all.
