99 323is cylinder4 misfire

My check engine light came on the other day and it turns out its a cylider4 misfire. I checked my coils and it seems that one has been replaced. The # on all my other Bremi is 11860 but this one is 11859t... would this cause that problem?
car symptoms: loss of horse power and stuttering in lower rpms, when idleing downfrom high rpm it stops at 1200rpm and slowly idles down to about 700, while driving it idled down and had a loud whinning sound idleing down with it, so i parked it and there was a hissing sound coming from under my intake manifold... possible oil seperation valve? My spark plugs where a little dirty and i had a little smoke out of my exhaust with a weird smell to it.

This sounds like the PCV valve to me.

Ill check it out, im new to the whole bimmer forum thing, i never even thought to look for a site like this to find other bimmer fans, i appreciate the help!
