'97 328i Automatic Trans Filter and Gasket

My A/T Filter and Fluid was changed at Level II, 60,000. I'm at 147,000.

1997 328i, highway driven.

I've read the manuals. Seems simple and straight forward.

Any decent technical advice out there? Syn vs dino on refill?

It doesnt really matter what you use there much of a muchness as long as its a reputable brand, we tend to stick with Castrol dextron which is synthetic but it may be called something else O/S.
