My 318is needs about 3500 in maitenance work my mom wants me to buy a more reliable bmw or atleast look at some.

96 328is with sports package. traction control. 96k miles mint condition no up grades no problems well maintained selling due to company car provided. $8000

I know I can work him down a couple hundred since its winter time and I need winter tires. Does the price sound good.

Price seems a tad high. Im sure you could find one similar with a bit lower mileage at that price. But if you can work him down maybe $700 that could be a ncie deal. Is it 5 speed?
