I think so, but I'd still take my 323is over any other car, manual or auto, even if it's worth $5,000 more.
The exhaust looks a little non-standard.
Those tail lights have GOT to GO!
If you didn't know already, BMW's last 200k+ miles without any major malfunctions or repairs if you take care of them well + change fluids.
If you get the car, and I sugest you do, I reccomend you:
1. Change taillights out to something non-rice.
2. Get european elipsoids. (much better than american's stock headlights)
3. Paint the sideskirts and bumper from the grey to the normal body color. (sideskirts just have the grey rubbery stuff sprayed on and can simply be removed with some elbow greese)
4. Maybe wheels if the stock ones arn't your style.
After that, you'd have a really decked out bimmer in your hands.
