95 325IC window issues

Please help. I just bought a 95 325Ic last week and I am having all kinds of issues. The one that is bugging me the most is that for no reason at all the windows roll them selves down out of the blue. I have no remote for it so I am not accidently hitting a lock button. I unplugged the master control window switch that controls all the windows at once but they still keep coming down. Sometimes the car will sit for hours with no problems and then when I go back to check on them they are all back down. One time I was next to the drivers door when the window was up and it started jolting up and down real quick about 1/4 inch. I opened the door and it stopped. I closed the door and it did it again. I have no clue. At the moment I just pulled the fuses... bummer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

How far are they rolling down? An inch or all the way?

All the way down.. I also noticed that when I take the key out of the ignition I still have power to all the windows even after opening the doors.. humm.

That's odd. Check all your fuses. You seem to be having an electrical issue
