95 325i Heater A/c Issue

I have a 95 325i that is experiencing a problem with the heater a/c. With the fan control on max, you can hear the fan but little to no air flow from any of the vents; floor, dash, or windshield. The fan appears to be working properly at the different speed settings but with same air flow problem. This problem is the same for both the heater and a/c... any thoughts on what to try???

dude. same thing here. just like it happens at different times. but yea. i dont know what to do about it.
