95 318ti interior questions

I was wondering if anyone out there knows a good place to buy sound deadening material(such as dynomat) and new carpet for my 5Speed 318ti. I bought the car minus an interior so any help at all in finding a complete interior kit. door panels and such. only interior in the hole car when i got it was front seats, console, and rear seats. everything else is non existent. i am installing a complete stereo system including a 2400 watt d class rockford fosgate amp, american bass sq 600 watt class a amplifier run in stereo to left and right . 6 1/2 inch midbass and midrange and one soft dome tweeter in each door and a pair of 6 1/2 inch mid coaxials in the rear deck. i have a kenwood deck with a tv monitor for the dash. i am going to install zero guage wire for both amps to a 1000 farad kenitik cell in the trunk and a rebuilet alternator modified to be 150 amp capable. only thing i need now are my subs. either a pair of american bass xd 15's or 4 jl audio w3 12's. the car is in great shape with only 76,000 original miles but it is severly interiorly challenged. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Good luck with the audio, I'm sure it'll deafen people a quarter mile away. I've always purchased my audio equipment from crutchfield.com if that helps at all. They've usually got some good deals and reasonable prices. As for the dynamat, It's great stuff but I've seen equal performance out of some of the other sound dampening materials for a fraction of the cost. When it comes to an interior, my suggestion to you would to take a trip to the junkyard and have at it. If its really as bad as you say it is, you might try to find a nice 'parts' car to strip down. Oh and when it comes to buying audio, JL is the way to go, they make the best when it comes to speakers.
