'95 318is

This afternoon Im going to check out a '95 318is from a fellow soldier whos about to leave and needs to sell the car. It looks to be in good condition w/ recent tune up. Its a 5 spd with aftermarket rims though it comes w/ a set w/ winter tires and has M3 mirrors and some aftermarket bumpers. Mileage is around 235k kilometers.
Is there anything special I should look for on this car? Im a GM guy so Im a lil outta my shoes but I need something to drive when the weather gets bad here. Asking price is $2500 obo

Does it have complete service records? It can't hurt to find out if the cooling system has been upgraded.

Ill have to ask about the service records. I test drove it this afternoon-car runs great and everything works.
