95 - 318i Spark Plugs ???

I have a 1995 318i - M42 1.8L - 151,000miles, and I don't know when the previous owner changed the spark plugs. And I want to change them before the snow is really flying. I don't want any fancy plug, I just want the most reliable plug you can get. So what spark plugs should I get and what spec. should they be gapped at ?

I've always gone with Bosch Plat 2+ and that way I don't have to worry about gapping them...

Stick with NGK Copper +2 or equivalent. They are the best for our cars, our cars do not do as well with a bigger hotter spark.
