94 e36 heater not blowing on floor problem

Hello all, my 1994 e36 is not blowing any air down on the floor. Air blows on the dash and in front of me but not down on my feet. Any help will be great.

when you move the selector to blow on the floor, do u feel any cable resistance as it moves? if not, then maybe ur cable locks have been dislodged

Hi, I have just tried turning the knob to select air to blow on the floor and the knob feels like it has resistance, so i think that the cable is hooked up.
