94 325is -good deal?

I found a 94 325is in cherrry red w/ m3 kit, borbet wheels, traction cntr,
sport package, spoiler, clean- little rust and has had w-pump done and radiator,
has 118k mi on it. he is asking like 8500 and its been for sale for awhile he said hed take 8 but i was thinking 7500. any ideas?

7500 sounds better, start at 7000 cash and see what happens.

yeah its a manual, forgot to add that- what do i have to look forward to
as far as maintance goes though? he said some front end parts were done
w-pump and radiator, rotors, pads, tires, wheels ac shnitzer body kit.
from what i saw it will need an exhaust and some rust fixed though

drove it today smelled rotten eggs , i think it needs cats, basically
everything behind the header- so 7 sounds better, right? where can you get
cats from for less than 500 dollars?
