I have a 1994 325i and am trying to figure out some way to make the black plastic side skirts and spoilers look better. I really hate the look of the black with my cars red paint and need a solution. The black is really faded and looks crapy which takes away from the look of the car. If anyone knows any good solution it would be much appreciated.

There are kits that you can buy that help fix that stuff. One kit is called "Forever Black" or something like that. Anyway, it has a cleaner that comes with it and another bottle with an applicator for the black dye. It worked like a charm on my car. Shouldn't cost too much.

Mine used to be grey, just buy a gallon of castrol super cleaner and it'll do the job. I'll see if I can find this FAQ somewhere.

for black trim try "Mother's back to black" works great and restores the black trim. Get it anywhere and it's not expensive, try that first.
