94 318i won't start

Hey guys i have a 94 318i it cranks fuel pumps works sparks pretty good but won't start, i replaced the general oudle sometimeago cause it was faulty and car was not starting then since i replaced it it worked pretty well until now, sometime ago i accidentally shorted two wires and since after my battery would die out overnight, and i would hear this clicking noise some where underneath the glove box, i'm new with bmws i would like some help.

Have you checked for blown fuses, when you short wires, fuses blow!

Yes jbg all fuses and relays are good. I'm not getting spark either i have a new cps on.
