93 318IS Service ?

[Street Sweeper]

I bought a 93 318IS and my "Inspection/Service" light came on.
I have 117,000 miles on my car. I was wondering what service would be preformed @ the Dealership?
I was told it would be around $700.00 for the service. I don't have that money @ the time and want to know what "I" can/should do for the service.
I did the oil change around 700 miles ago.

Spark plugs
Air Filter
Coolant
What else?
Any help would be great!

Replace Oil filter
Replace airfilter
Check or change power steering oil
Check or change oil level in transmission
Check or change brake fluid
Check or change oil in dif
Check on any leaks
Replace the airco/heater air filter
Check or replace belts
Check or replace brake pads

When it is inspection 1 then read 'check', when it is inspection 2 then read 'replace'.
