My passenger side sideskirt has a huge dent in it. Is there a way to take it off and put on a new one?

the grey sideskirt? no, it's a type of coating paint right over the metal body sideskirt. you can remove the grey, and get to the body color below. if there's a dent in that, then you'll have to fill it.

then how are you supposed to replace them if you get say the m-technic body kit with new skirts?

Yes, you'll have to drill holes on the edge of the fender wells to mount them.
