92 325i sedan AT Transmission diag error 40

I recently got a check engine light from my 92 325i sedan.
I used the Snap On Diagnostic tool to pull the codes from the ECU.

Engine Codes
Error Code 201 Oxygen Sensor Circuit
Error Code 70 Oxygen Sensor

Transmission Code
40 Pressure Regulator
Break in Wiring, Short in Wiring
Defective valve winding

Does anyone have any clue as to what the transmission problem may be?
Or can this be caused by the problem with the Oxygen sensor? I have the replace sensor but cannot replace until I purchase the catalytic converter.

I really cant afford a replacement tranny at this time.

i am almost positive that it has anything to do with the Oxygen sensor

as for the trans... it looks like nothing that would constitute replacting the whole tranny
