87 325 hunting idle

Hello all,
I recently purchased an 87 325e with the 6 cylinder. On occasion, not all the time, the idle hunts between normal idle speed and 1500-1800 rpms. It seems to do it after engine has warmed up. Otherwise the engine runs great. Any help in identifying the problem would be appreciated. I have owned three 325s and this is the first time I have run into this.
Thanks,
Jeremy

Start off with the vacuum lines, then the TPS, ICV and AFM. Good luck.
