Idk how good the product is but seems to cheap for headers seeming that every other website has then up for a bout a grand with small gains.

Noticeable gains wont be much. IMO, its just a waste of $100 without a full exhaust go with it.

i would also say its only the waste to spend $100 on this its of no use here....

Ivan413 12-20-2012 10:50 PM

Yeah you should just put that hundred towards a good set of headers.

My plan was to cut the factory cats from the exhaust, then install the headers and build the rest of the exhaust. So the header back section would be mostly custom.

Any recommendations on the 'good set of headers' ? They all look the same to me as far as the design, I'm sure these are copies of another brand. (I know , I know, don't be cheap)

Thanks in advance for tolerating my questions. (Im a noob).

Realisticaly they are almost the same in a way. Supersprint replica headers are identical in design but dont carry the Supersprint name. Look for those. I would avoid the cheap no name ones where you dont know where they came from. Your exhaust headers are subject to extremley high temperatures. You need to make sure their well made.

Think im looking at a Raceland set for now. They seem to be decent.

Anyone running these?

Ivan413 12-23-2012 10:33 PM

I've heard some pretty good things about rangeland from my buddies running their suspension systems. They claim that there not bad for street performance but not the best for track use. Raceland has decent feedback from customers so sure why not In my opinion .

Raceland coilovers are a decent low cost coilover. Their products are no where near top of the line, but they work for people on a budget. If you buy them knowing this your going to have a better experience. Some reviews where people say they were crap or garbage were expecting an FK Coilover for a Racelands price and that's not happening. I didn't even know they made headers lol. They do however look decent. Those would be better then the eBay ones because at least if something went wrong you would have a easier way of getting the issue solved.

Yeah that's very true Vader atleast their product comes with a warranty and they look pretty solid but din expect like high performance parts for cheap.
