5.0 v12?

Seen a bargain engine on the net a low mileage 5.0 v12 engine. how hard do you think it would be to fit this into a saloon e36? used:

Not Sure but I know it sure will affect the handling and balance of your car. The E36 was designed not just for all balls acceleration but for the handling, It will be front heavy so some changes on the front suspension will have to be done. Another thing you have to consider is will the trans mount on the same place as the original? So, its not just the cost of the engine conversion you have to consider but a heck of a lot more. I suggest looking for an M3 engine. Less headache and a hell of a lot more hop-up parts available. Good Luck

It will be understnadably difficult. Theres just so much to do, including software, wiring, engine mounts, and a complete overhaul of the suspension to compensate for the weight.
