So does it make scense that everyonce in a while when i go to shitft to third theres just a wall there and it wont let me shift till the rpms for way down. Also everyonce inwhile ill push it into 3rd and itll grind with the clutch to the floor? Would this be a sincro? If so can i get one sincro fixed? Have any of you had this problume? My car is about to 120K so im getting kinda worried about it. if anyone has some time to talk about this subject please do. Thanks lot

in the auto cars...you have to squeeze the shift trigger and release the pedal in order to move into 3rd during M-mode.

Sounds like the syncro for 3rd is done or getting that way.

When is the last time you changed the fluid?

Change the transmission fluid and put a new slave cylinder on, if that doesnt work find a lower mileage used transmission, shouldnt be that expensive.

nope, probably not the guibo...sounds like 3rd gear synchro. Definitley drain the tranny fluid first and see if you have any nasty metal chunks. you can filter it and put it back in and see if that does anything.
