Sounds like a personw ith a 318 compact, who swapped out the motor for a 3.2 liter M motor, and then custom rebadged it

it is very fast, faster than a M3 because it is lighter.

Yes indeed those things are very fast. There was one at a neer by boneyard from me. the down side how ever was that it was gonna be scapped for parts reguarless of its not so bad body and the M motor was gonna be taken by a guy who worked there

But yes there was only the 318ti no other. So check it out if your lucky there is a M3 engine in there. if so buy asap

I don't know sure, but it took a lot of work! Many parts are different so it's a tough job!
