325is vs S6 - BMW Forum

What do you guys this would happen in a say 0-100mph race between a 1994 BMW 325is - conforti chip/K&N cool air intake/17*9" tires in the back 17*8 in the front with new summer tires (115000 miles) vs. 1995 audi S6 stock (137000) both manual with similar driving skills.
Audi - 2.2 liter 5cyl turbo charged 227 hp 258 ft/lbs of torque

Audi- 3800lbs
BMW - 3150lbs

Just curious my friend just picked one of these Audi's up.

why would the A6 win?

what HP do the USA 325i's run? In the uk they run 192BHP standard, with chipping im guessing maybe nearer 215. (BBR Gti chips as a benchmarking example) they also push the torque up a fair amount.

The A6 is almost 900lb heavier too....

Im gonna say you'd have him beat but who knows

fyi i raced the S6 tonight and beat him up the on ramp. He kept with me me for the most part but i had him by a few cars. I also got the bimmer up 145mph which was impressive because i still had more to go.

145 in a 325?? hmm but yeah, up the on ramp? why would you race there?
