325is Door Latch Question

Hi, I have a 1995 325is. is the door latch on my car adjustable? because when I shut the door on the passenger side, the little button or switch or whatever you wanna call it is not getting hit by the door anymore, so when the window won't completely roll up, I have to lean on the door to make my passenger window rolls up. so can I make some adjustment or do just need to buy a new door latch? please help.
