It would be a close race. The two are equal in HP, but the prelude lacks almost 35 ft/lbs of torque compared to the 325. However, the prelude also weighs around 300 lbs less. Its really a matter of who the better driver is.

today I also raced one (2.2 vti 1993) up to 100kmph (62mph) I was first, but when he shifted to 3rd he beat me

With the chip I have installed I get 300rpm extra. So if I max the revs I can shift at 65mph = 104km/h.
