Chip goes the last, unless you want to change it every time you mod your car, or have a money to get a reprogramable chip and tune after each change. If you go with chip as a first mod, it simply wouldnt do its job, it wont read and adopt all the changes that you put after the chip. Many outhere would disagree with me so its really up to you to follow my advice or not.

see most chips arent reprogramable, its already done for you, a chip as a first mod is great if your not planning to do many mods far after. chip was my first mod, i dont regret it, even though lots has changed since
