323i coupe rear bumper

My car has been backed into a parking ballard and its pushed the bumper out of alignment at one side, not by much bit enough to anoy me
Anyway, was wondering if anyone had knowledge of 323i coupe 1999 rear bumper and whether it should spring back into place with bit of help or whether its a bodyshop job.

Also, do the wing mirrors fold inwards as mine seem pretty stiff and don't want to force them.
