Ok. I plan on buying a 318ti in the near future and have a few questions.

1. How much lower is the 318ti Sport (w/the M package) than the regular 318ti?

2.Did they lower it by a few mm's since 1995 (ex: for 1997 or 1998) or were they always the same height?

3. With the M package, they say they have added side skirts, but it looks to me like the exact same rocker panels found on the regular 318ti. Are they both the same?

Thanks people.

The sport is marginally lower, but the non-sport remained the same height throughout the produciton years. The sport should have the M panels as well.

Also, a word of advice. DO NOT GET AN AUTOMATIC. My stepbrother had a 95 318ti and it was rediculously slow compared to my manual sedan.

Thanks, but what i would really like to know is if the Sport M package came with side skirts or are they just the same rocker panels found on the regular 318ti. They look very similar to tell. Please somebody?

hmm, in that picture they are the standard skirts, not the M. I guess the sport only comes with the front and rear M body junk.
