318is coupe electric window stopped working

Hi all, I have a 318is 1998 Coupe
Electric window has stopped working on driver side. Fuse been checked and ok.
Had the door panel off and had a look and I'm assuming it is the motor that's packed in.
Looking at it and it's fixed by rivets. Does anybody know how difficult a job this is to replace and wether it could be another fault and not the motor.

I think you will find that you cant just replace the motor, the motor ,winder etc come as one unit thats why its riveted.
