318i start up problem whit video

Hi everyone,i'm having this problem for about a week , i would like it if some one can point me the right way to get this taken care of..is it the starter engine or electrical...or what?!?

At first it looks like your alternator is bad. But when it fires it makes it seem like its the starter. If possible, remove your alternator and take it to be tested. Lots of auto parts stores like NAPA will test them for free. Easiest way to rule it out.

But double check your battery too, and all of the connections and of course the ground. Make sure nothing is loose.
