Waiting for insurance to total the 318i take the money from that and the $8,000 saved up and use it as a down payment on a 95-98 M3 coupe, my most wanted car.
Am I the only one who gets ass in my car?.. haha
P.S. try to get your girl to do it while your driving on the highway.. kills two things at once... its the real reason for cruise control on a standard car..
Wash and clear guttering
Mow lawns front and rear
finish bathroom
finish kitchen
finish en-suite
clear garage
reinstate TV aerial ( currently only running through satellite )
Now tell me when I'm gonna get time to do jack to my car???????????? :banghead
Things on order and ready to install when snow melts:
- ZKW Ellipsoids with OEM Xenon
- French Fogs
- M3 Front Bumper
- M3 Rear Bumper
- M3 Side Skirts
- M3 Impact Moulding with Motorsport International badge
- 97+ Nose Panel with Headlamp Washers
- Blacked out Kidney Grills
Want to do, but dependent on cash flow:
- 18" Wheels (style 42 replicas?)
- Black Ultrasuede pillars, headliner & rear deck (will most likely do)
- Dynomat Trunk
- In Dash DVD
- UUC Carbon Fiber Spoiler
- VIS Carbon Fiber Hood (probably '06)
What do you need to know? I physically unbolted the compressor, took it out. Unbolted the condensor, evaporator and tensioner + mount, then grinded off some lines and removed it all.

also going to change the mirrors for M3 styles, also possibly installing an M3 illuminated gear lever.
want to give my car head-light wash system, but am unsure whether this is possible? - does anyone know if it is?

Here's the part number for the new-style ('97) nose piece with washer cutouts: 41 33 8 225 982 retail: $125.00
Here are the part numbers for the grilles:
Grille (L): 51 13 8 195 151 retail $20.75
Grille ®: 51 13 8 195 152 retail $20.75
That's it. Just add about $100 to $150 for paint, and you're all set.
Regarding the headlight washers, you'll probably want the factory retrofit
kit, which includes the washer nozzles, telescopes, tubing, relays, wiring,
control module, etc. You'll also need to buy a new 5L washer fluid tank, and
the additional headlight washer pump. Here are the part numbers:
- Cosmos CAI (coming on saturday)
- B&B tri flo exhaust
- J.C. Shark injector reprogrammer
- Schrick manifold
- Bavauto front, and rear, stress bars
- Bilstein Springs and shocks (lower 1")
for my 96 328is
- that'll suck up all my earned money (and probably credit) till 2006
1. Replace rear lower control arm (broken) to get the car back on the road.
2. CAI
3. Exhaust
4. Sport suspension
5. Debadge
6. 17" style 44 rims
7. Clear corners, sidemarkes and tailights
8. Fix paint on Hood and nose (rock chips)
9. Sport mirrors
10. Fit an old laptop in the trunk, hooked up to a touchscreen and CD/DVD drive in the dashboard, as well as a GPS.
