2 Hours At The Dealership

got the car in @ 9am and was out by 1115am they were even nice enough to wash it, lol
crankshaft pos sensor was replaced and all free of charge due to the recall on it

the car actually seems to be running alot more smoothly and accels a little more smoothly as well and no more check engine light for now, lol ......

nice, a dealership that works. good to hear it was painless. i know they arent all bad, or some arent bad (all the time) but most experiences people have, end in a pain the the ass or a pain in the pocket.

crankshaft or cam sensor? (I dunno if they do the same damn thing) my cam sensor went bad and I had to pay for it.

crankshaft position sensor was bad completely different than the camshaft position sensor

Bitcore may have a BMW dealership, just not a nice one. You'll hear horror stories all the time about the Ford dealership here, with parts being replaced with old ones, cars being "borrowed" for a weekend, all sorts of crap.

The BMW dealership around here is great, though. Free stuff comes in my mail all the time- oil changes, full inspection for $50, all sorts of nice stuff.
