2 change or not 2 change Auto Transmission Fluid

Hello,

Considering changing my auto transmission fluid 96 model with 134k .(BMW lifetime fluid type).

Sevrviced by BMW all its life so never changed (not by me I might add they wan'ted 4 times the going rate for the only thing they quoted on) and when asked about a fluid change they said do not change.

Anyone done it, how long ago any comments would be appreciated.

its not hard and lifetime pshhhhh if you get a leak theres your lifetime right there i got 196k on mine and i get a shudder into second but i have never changed it i might soon this is the diy it looks pretty straighforward, is it shifting hard or like a bad jerk?
