1B: "Fuel trim, QL additive"?

I purchased a Bavarian Autosport Fault Code Reader/Reset Tool and came up with a 1B "Fuel Trim, QL Additive fault code. I've noticed that my car does not idle smooth. Does anyone know what I should do to clear this fault? My car is a 96 318ti. Appreciate your help.
