1999 316i compact no power

Hi guys,
was wondering if anyone has some good info that might help. My 316 has no power when the engine is cold,idle is fine and i've changed the pre-cat o2 probe, no fault codes present on the ECU. Basically if i floor the throttle there is hardly any power in terms of acceleration, once warm it go's like stink,.

Clean your throttle body.

STICKY, GUMMED UP!!

Bad case senario it could be your catalytic converter.

Cheers for the idea marti. i've had the intake off whilst i was checking the throttle position sensor and everything seems to be moving very smoothly, this problem came on rapidly,as in one minute not there the next it was, could the temperature sensor in the MAF be a problem?
