ok. Its easier to list what is the same than what is not. Basicallly the only thing that remains constant throughout the car is the chasis, some of the interior, and various engine components like alternator, powersteering and AC.
Everything else is either more powerfull, larger displacement, wider, more leathery, more tuned, or cooler looking.
And yes the m5 wheels will fit on the white car, they will fit on any bmw except the e30 (and older)

yeah im not sure about 10,000 between a 1998 m3 and a 1998 328 its not that big of a gap in money if both the cars had the same mileage sure if the 328 had 130000 and the m3 had 50000 then i could see 10000$ but other than that!
i think the differences shouldn't matter.....come on yall, we can't be Racist.... we got a black and a white, whyy does it matter if the white is better than the black? can't we alll just get alonggggg
