1997 328i Needs engine rebuilt

I was wondering if anyone knows where to find a rebuild kit for my 1997 328i.. one of the 6 cylinders is dead and now i think 2 of the 6 are dead.. it wont stay idling in drive.. If i have to rebuild it i would like to make it faster if possible with a turbo or intake and exhaust.. is it worth the cost and how much is this going to cost me after its all said and done?

Hi, i just looked into this and scrapped the car because the rebuild alone was going to cost 1300+ ($1900 ish)
Bought another 328 instead for not much more.

It can be done depending on the condition of the cylinder bores... If they are fine, then it could be just a case of dropping the crank and replacing the piston rings...
My first question is - Do you think it is the bottom-end at fault, or could it be a cylinder-head issue?
