Question 1997 318i Instrument and wiring issues

I purchased this cheap to fix up to save some gas, The speed, tach, temp, and fuel gauges are dead. The blower wont run and the radio has been removed, also the air bags are there but are disconnected. Every thing else works fine and the car runs and drives good. I have checked all fuses and all is good. Where is a good place to start from here?

Please Help

I need an idea where to start troubleshooting. The car drives and looks too good to junk it, I really want to fix it up!

Does anything work in the Gauge cluster? I'll try to find the way to test everything in the Gauge cluster

You could start by using this link to download a copy of the BMW Rlectrical Troubleshooting Manual for your car. It provides full details of every component, circuit, fuse and link in your vehicle complete with location details.
