1996 318iC Purchase Price???

used: Hi Guys,
I haven't posted for awhile because I sold my 5 series about a year ago. I am looking at picking up a 1996 318iC 5spd with 98,000 miles on it. I test drove it the other day and it feels fine, no vibrations, noises, clutch slippage, etc... Motor felt really strong and peppy, no oil leaks
Items that are broken or in need of repair:
-rear plastic window disolored and torn (replace)
-small fraying in convertible top (not too bad though)
-front bumper plastic broken (DIY fix)
-power door locks not working
-no radio antenna, only aftermarket cd player
-steering wheel a little off
-passenger window switches up button not working (use master to roll up)
-tear along seam in driver seat (I think it is leatherette?)
-driver door panel arm rest looks a little melted (weird)
-mileage illumination bulb dim or burnt out
-plastic kick plate along door loose and falling off.
-BMW hood badge peeled away.

Any one have thoughts on pricing this vehicle. It has no maintenance records and it came from Texas, around Houston. I offered $5600 based on replacing window and proabably top with new straps. He hasn't accepted yet, just looking for a little veteran advice on pricing I thought it would be a great little cruiser for summer day trips, take the placeo f my classic 1971 Karmann Ghia Vert. Hey guy, well there is a section on the top on what to expect when you buy a e36 car. But I would say that if you are interested I have a 97 318i 5 speed that I'm plannning to sell soon. I can give you all the specs. I owe on it (Payoff $6300) with 118000 miles. I got a couple of good things on it. I believe the man wants a convertible, although your hardtop is quite nice.
I have some fraying on my convertible top ('97), and it hasn't gotten worse in the year and a half that I've had it. I would put that at the bottom of the list. Also, the window can be cleared with a product at bavauto.com
I think something in the 5's is a fair price for that car.
