1995 BMW 325i vacum problem

I have a 1995 325i sedan. I'm having issues with the valve cover building too much pressure and blowing the seal. Does anyone have any pictures or can explain how the vacum lines from the front of the valve should run. I bought the car from an apparent shade tree mechanic. He probably killed the tree also. Th ecar has two lines that run to the right out the front side of the valve cover. Any help is appreciated.

Probaly a faulty & clogged crankcase vent hose.....$5.95 @ bavauto.com

First off thanks. Do you happen to know where the hose that comes off the reducer part#4 connects? I think it connects to the intake. I also was wndering about the smaller hose, does it connect to anything or is it a vent.
