OK...I've tried searching and couldn't find this exact problem. If I've missed it...sorry

My key locks and unlocks both doors just fine using central locking. It sounds like the trunk unlocks but it will not open. When I use the key in the trunk, it continuously clicks when turned, but still will not open the trunk lid. It was working fine just a few day ago...the last time I was in the trunk. I'm open to ideas or suggestions. Also, my seats do not fold down so I'm not sure how to get into the trunk to try and release it. Thanks

Naples,

If the boot lock is in the full clockwise lock position, unlocking the doors will not unlock the boot.

The way it works on mine, is i have to turn it fully to the left with the key, then push in and that releases it. If I simply turn it to the left and remove the key in the upright position it will stay locked. Try pushing in the key as you turn it to the 9 o'clock position.

Figured it out. The convertible top cover wasn't down all the way, so it wouldn't let the trunk lid open. Thanks
