1995 and 1996 318ti

I got a quick question, is the 318ti from 1995 or 1996 turbo-charged while stock?
Me and my friend got an arguement going, and I couldn't get a good answer from a google search ghead , Thanks in advance

Not entirely true. You cant count out all the turbodiesel cars... and they expirimented with some small production turbo models, namely the 2002 Turbo and the 745i Turbo.
