My 1994 325 has an internittent speed surge problem. At ~48-50 MPH, the RPMS/speed will surge up and down over about a 5MPH range.
Would appreciate any starting points to start looking for problem.
Thanks! Will check for proper MAF voltage and also clean. Also, do you advocate taking to throttle body off to clean or is there something that be sprayed into the intake (or gas tank) while engine running?

If it is not the MAF, should you clean the Throttle Body? Can you clean this without removing the Throttle Body by spraying something (carb cleaner) into the intake?
