1994 325is

someone in my area is trying to sell a 1994 325is for 12000 with 107000 miles on it . i know i can talk him down to at least 9000-10000 somewhere between there. the car is in EXCELLENT condition. the car has many upgrades also. m3 front bumper, m3 back bumper . m3 side skrits. m3 lightweight flywheel. m3 clutch.. new transsmission , chip, cais, new tires, expensive rims (dont know which kind) clear corners. HID kit , angel eyes

i just want to know if the car is worth somewhere between $9000-$10000 .. and i also want to get the whole car checked out .. do bmw dealerships do inspections or anything like that .. and im kind of worried about the transmission . it has only been in the car for like 10000-20000 miles .. and it has no warranty but its a standard bmw transmisson .. is it possible to get the transmission checked out?

I don't know man... I spent 6500 including taxes on my car which is a 95 and it had about the same ammout of miles on it but less features. So if you were planning on doing all those upgrades anyways, I'd probably go for it around 8500-9000. but keep in mind it is a 10 year old car now and you will have problems, I guarantee it. As far as inspections, I'd get one done but don't expect much. I'm in the middle of a tranny swap less then a year later from my purchase date. Sounds like a nice car on the flipside though...
