1992 352's??

I read in a post not to get a 1992 325. Why is that???

well, it could be for a variety of reasons.

1. It was a bad car being discussed compared to another
2. As a general rule, it is not always wise to purchase the first year model of a new car, as there will be problems that werent sorted out by the factory. Some of them might not have been fixed since.
3. The early e36s suffer from a weak rear subframe which can cause problems later in the cars life.
4. VANOS is available on 93s.

there are other reasons as well, but none are to sday that a 92 isnt a good car.
